We’re Justin and Amy Isaacson, the owners of Caring Transitions of Dublin & Westerville, proudly serving families throughout Dublin, Powell, Plain City, Worthington, Lewis Center, Galena, Westerville, and Columbus. As long-time residents of the Columbus area, we are honored to bring compassionate, practical support to our local community during life’s major transitions.

Our path to Caring Transitions began with a shared desire to build a business that reflects our values and allows us to serve others. Justin brings 20 years of experience in corporate consulting and financial services, with a background in accounting and strategic planning. He is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing the operational side of a business. Amy has spent more than two decades in education, where she has supported families and children as a dedicated elementary school teacher. Her background in childhood and family development, along with advanced degrees in literacy and educational leadership, has shaped her natural ability to build connections and offer thoughtful, empathetic care.

After navigating our own family’s experiences with downsizing and transition, the mission of Caring Transitions resonated deeply with us. We understand how overwhelming these moments can be and believe families deserve a trusted resource to lean on when emotions are high and decisions are complex. Owning this business allows us to blend our professional skills with our passion for helping others, providing meaningful, hands-on support when it’s needed most.
